An Easier Way To Contact An Xbox Ambassador
Today the awesome implementation team from the official Xbox forum and support announced a new recommended way to contact an Xbox Community Ambassador if you’re in need of help.
Because of the ever evolving awesomeness of the community volunteers that are the Xbox Ambassador’s and their great knowledge behind all aspects of the Xbox infrastructure and hardware, the implementation team have now added the Ambassadors to the “Contact Us” page to help with accessory issues including Kinect.
Since the Ambassador program was opened up to everybody to apply from the community our numbers have grown from a mere handful to thousands of active Ambassadors seeking out the solutions to your ever frustrating issues night and day (the brilliance of time zones).
Ambassadors if you didn’t already know, a fix was rolled out last week for the Ambassabank, you can check out the details in the Ambassador Support Section.
Don’t worry the Official Xbox Support Team are still here during their normal hours to help you out too, nothing is going on with them so they will still be replying to your Tweets on Twitter (@XboxSupport), on the phone and in the forums (Support.Xbox.com).
“We wanted to nudge the community in your direction. Customers don’t have to chat with an Ambassador for their console questions, but we’re confident that if they choose to do so, they’ll have an awesome experience.”
