While we don’t know any solid details on the game itself; we can assume that it might feature a new protagonist, setting and timeline based on what we see in the cover art. Our gracious friends over at GrifballHub have been hosting a series of events of the recent weeks. Their last event for the month of February is what they call an “NBA Brawl”. Instead of loosing context about this gametype, I’ll let them explain how it works:
Our third Brawl of the month will test out a new twist on Grifball. Normally, games are played until a certain score is reached. In the gametype for this Brawl, though, teams will play instead for a certain amount of time — in each matchup the team with the most points after 12 minutes of play wins!
